• Office walk-through for initial security risk assessment

• Access to worksheets and checklists including a custom, simplified instruction manual to help you get started with your PPM

• Continued availability for editing early drafts of the PPM, including phone and email support

Certification Evaluation, Phase II: 

• On-Site examination of closing files and compliance with PPM

• Complete Examination of final typed PPM

• Review of 3-way escrow reconciliations 

• Certificate will be issued upon approval of entire assessment
